About JK Energy Group
JK Energy Group was founded by Jim and Kendra Landis. We specialize in quality-guaranteed refurbished generators, commercial and agricultural electrical installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
We are a Class A contractor, and the JK Energy Group team includes master electricians, generator refurbishment and repair specialists, and parts and procurement support for all makes and models of standby power generators. Together, we have many decades of expert generator service experience.

In 2001, Jim became a service technician for a startup generator business. For the next 20 years, Jim serviced generators, gaining valuable skills and expertise.
In the wake of the 2020 pandemic, the generator market was struggling to keep up with demand, with new orders taking nearly a year to fulfill. Used generators needing repair were being retired from service due to lack of knowledgeable technicians.
Seeing the niche in the market that his skills could fulfill, Jim and his wife Kendra started JK Energy Group in January 2022. In addition to quality-guaranteed generator refurbishments, we specialize in commercial and agricultural electrical installation, generator repairs, and preventative maintenance.
